The Playlist

Making love

while slow music is playing.

Soothing and smooth,

sensual and sexy.

Music makes us melt

together as one, as they say.

Shared energy, in motion.

Shared sensation, with devotion.

Music drives the rhythm,

making love to the beat.

The bass, oh that bass,

it delivers the song.

First lazily humming along

and going with the flow,

then fully letting go,

when drums kick in.

And with sweat on skin,

sensing the divine within

ourselves, intertwined,

until we reach the coda...

The music plays on

helps to inspire,

and rekindle the fire

that glows inside our hearts.

The playlist on Spotify is a collection of different styles and artists, mostly female for the simple reason that female voices for me have an inspiring appeal (see my previous post about that feeling here). The playlist keeps evolving over time as I add new discoveries.
