Kashmiri Massage, individual or for couples
This is a unique kind of Tantric massage, that has its roots in Kashmir. It is a kind of body-to-body massage, being a very intimate and mindful practice.

The illustration above shows the starting position of this massage, named Yab Yum. It depicts the union of Shiva and Shakti, who sits on his lap. Both are undressed fully, unless agreed otherwise. The gender of both is not actually fixed in this way: the four possible combinations of genders in this position can be performed. The provider of masculine energy has the Shiva role, and the feminine energy is released in the Shakti role. As an introduction to the practice the facilitator generally assumes the masculine role, and the client the feminine. A good text on Yab Yum can be found here.
The practice uses gentle touch, and depending on the intentions the client can remain fully passive or can return the embrace that starts and finishes the session. The facilitator and client work together to activate and release the sexual life force, by melting into the mood that is created in the session space. Breathing technique and body-to-body contact are essential components for activating the flow of energy in the body.
This practice is primarily aimed to individuals as a means to experience this wonderful modality, but I also offer the unique opportunity to couples to learn how to engage with each other in a new and gentle way, that many experience as life-changing. The facilitator will start with a "hands-on" demo and will instruct both partners on how and what, and what mindset will work best. Optionally, in a follow-up session the partners can swap roles.
The session starts with a conversation between client and facilitator about consent, boundaries and desires (see the blog-post on this topic). The agreements made can allow specific parts of the body to be included or excluded in the practice. If genital touch will be allowed or desired it will be light, and there will never be any sort of penetration between facilitator and client. Couples can expand into penetrative unity, if their love and mood brings it up.
